DWG to PDF - Autocad LT 2018 for Mac

I have just download autocad LT 2018 for Mac / migrated settings / opened drawings / edited drawings, when i go to plot, i see a change and looks like the PC version. I went to DWG to PDF.pc3 and set the size  / plot style etc, go to preview and its a blank sheet.  I go to plot - blank sheet.

I am using High sierra on a imac Retina 5k 27inch late 2015 3.2GHz Core i5 32 GB ram  build and LT 2017 was working without any issues.

Please help as I use PDF's to send out to my clients and i have to revert back to 2017 at the moment to plot out...

Hi Robert,

Have you tried to verify Page setup, which uses "DWG to PDF.pc3" plot device? There could be problems with paper size? "what to plot" and scale options.
Try to change/verify page setup settings before you click on Preview button - now, in 2018 version, this can be done even in Print window.

Hi Maxim. Yes I set up all sizes / layout etc. It seems to work on some drawings but not others which is strange. I may look at my template settings as well but don’t think this makes a difference.

Have you tried to change Page Setup to another printing device, such as "AutoCAD PDF (General documentation).pc3"?

That’s what I am trying to do DWG to PDF.pc3 I wonder if it’s something to do with saving a 2013 or 2018 version drawing for some reason.

DWG version doesn't matter.
I'd recommend you to fine-tune page setup via Page Setup Manager once again.

HI @Anonymous,

I haven't had any problems with the 2018 PDF drivers. Can you attach a sample file with a named page setup so I can take a look?

All sorted from my point of view. Had a long conversation with Autodesk technical. As some of my drawings contain a lot of text in paperspace and as the new print allows for DWG to PDF. pc3, this can take time to regenerate the preview.  This is why it was happening on some drawings, but not others.  They have logged the issue, but it is also something they will need to look at in an update, as the support person could see that there is an issue.
