Yes, there is no online "User manual" for AutoCAD 2017 for Mac, but even if you have AutoCAD 2017 for Mac, I'd suggest you to start here:

You can find all basics there, including drafting and annotation and basics are the same for several recent AutoCAD for Mac releases.
