Hi

One can see objects through another object if a small zooming. In the 3D view and PDF publish. See screenshot:

And...
Without having your drawing at hand it is difficult to solve the problem. Probably some 3D objects inside the model are too close to the faces of the other 3D objects that are closer to the viewpoint.

 Hi Maxim.

Of course, close: meaning that the plate metal, is placed on the frame.
