Hi,

The screenshot you attached doesn't give any information about "jumping". Can you elaborate what do you mean?
Maybe you can attach screencast?

Hi Maxim,

Thank you for the prompt reply.

I've tried to attached my dwg file, but I'm afraid it's too big, so I enclosed just a print screen which doesn't say much.

The file opens, but it's very slow and doesn't react on my commands...

Do you know how to fix it?...My knowledge in this field is very low... I did some of steps to recover the file but without good results, I'm afraid.

If you are able to open the drawing, then it is not damaged.
Looks like there are a lot of information in the drawing and your Mac cannot process it quickly enough.
How big is the file in question?
Do you have parametric constraints in it?

You are right,

It is a big file of 22.4mb...but I've got even bigger ones which work well.

One day it just started crashing and I'm not able to do anything with it.

No, it doesn't  have any parametric constrains... It's a simple file which used to work well few days ago..

22 mb is not too big.
What Mac model do you have? How much RAM?
If you want, you can send the drawing to my email :
mkanaev at yandex.ru
I can look at it little bit later.

Hi Justyna,

I opened your file on my Mac and, it seems to me, I figured out the case of the problem:

For some reason the current Visual style in the drawing was different then 2D Wireframe, which only one is suitable for complex 2D drawings as yours.

After I switched Visual Style to 2D Wireframe:

the performance become acceptable.
