Damaged File Message when attempting Open recent File

"SN xxx-xxxxxxxx Autodesk AutoCAD for Mac 2017 Issue: I cannot open my AutoCAD files. No error message. It just glitches and either opens nothing at all or it opens a completely different File that is blank and title Drawing 1. Please refer to attached screenshot. So after chatting with Client Services, it is suspected that the problem comes from the fact that those files were created under AutoCAD 2017 and now trying to be opened in AutoCAD for Mac but not sure if that is the issue. There might be incompatibility there. Could you kindly look into this and help further? Thank you.

You can find recovered drawing in the attachment.

I launched AutoCAD, then used RECOVER command and selected your file.

The file was recovered.

Wow Thank You!!!  I tried recovering and it would just close and do nothing. I appreciate that. Should I delete the original file?or any other copies?
