Circle is a Polygon on 3D Model

I've been drawing the attached image and I'm getting issues with what should be circles being shown as polygons. I've tried the following commands without success: REGEN, FACETRES and VIEWRES. I expected it to be redered properly when exported to a PDF however it's still a polygon.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Is the model in the drawing 3D Solid?

Can you attach the drawing itself?

Thanks for the quick reply. If my definition of '3D Solid' is correct, then yes it is. I've added the drawing.

Your model is too small, if you scale it up, for example, 100 times you will see the difference.

Is that to say there's nothing to be done? Doesn't seem right that even when exporting to a PDF it still displays a polygon.
