Cannot find default templates and sheetset folders.

Hello everyone, i Cannot find default templates and sheetset root folders folders after i have just reinstalled AC on my iMac. I am following the usual path to find these folders: /Users/unkn_lab/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/AutoCAD 2019/R23.0/roaming/@en@/Support. Any clues as to why they are missing?!
