Hello, I just got my Student license for Audocad 2015 for Mac.

 

I registered the product and received my Activation Code from Autodesk.

The problem is the program is opening whithout asking me to enter the activation code (so I presume it's on trial mode?).  I tried finding an explanation but nothing seems to work. I even deleted a couple of flexnet files as one article on Autodesk sugested but nothing changed. 

 

Does anyone know how can I fix it? tks

Hi,
If you had Internet connection on during the first launch of AutoCAD, than it probably already activated "on-line" and the activation code you received via email is only a "fallback option".
Plus - if you don't receive an alert about Trial mode when you launch AutoCAD, than you should not worry about activation, it is already have been done.

Oh God, thank you very much Maxim_k I was really worried about not finding any other users with the same problem!

If it's not to much, may I ask you if you know something about the installation of an Update 2 fof AutoCAD 2015 for Mac? I received some instructions like this: " Double-click AutoCAD2015Update2_English.dmg" but I have absolutely no idea where this file (is it a file?) can be found.

If you downloaded the update via notification from AutoCAD, than AutoCAD2015Update2_English.dmg should be in the Downloads folder on your Mac.

I received a reply and it said that the serial # that was sent to my email was invalid for my activation. I requested assistance through Autodesk and they referred me to here. Can you assist me?
