can't use shortcuts

Hello,I've installed Autocad LT for Mac and I'm having issues with shortcuts. They are not set up so I have to write every command. I've made some research and when I try in Edit command Aliases the program crashes. Hope you can help me with a solution soon. Thanks

Please specify AutoCAD LT for Mac version you installed and macOS version installed on your Mac.

What do you mean by shortcuts? Can you provide some samples?

Make screenshots of Command window with AutoCAD response to shortcuts you tried to use.
