Can't log in to Autocad

Every so often, Autocad logs me out of the application. Even though I log in online, it won't give me any opportunity to log in when I open the app. The "log-in" window pops up behind a window and there's no way to get to the log-in window. Has anyone had this issue? Any advice?

Which windows is above the Login window?

Why you cannot move this window?

Can you illustrate this with screenshot?
