can not access block furniture files

My insert button on my mac does not give the option of accessing the Design Center or the C Drive in order to use the presetted saved furniture files.  How can I access the design center to put generic furniture images from Autocad for Mac 2015 in my room layouts?

AutoCAD for Mac do not have Design Center, instead it have Content palette:
