Blocks and Hatches wont transfer from one project manager file to another.

Hello everyone,

I am working on a project and i have set up a project file for it. I have sheets for Levels 1,2,3,4,5.

I need to copy a room from the Level 1 layout to say the layout for Level  2 but when i do so the room copies but a specific wall hatch on a layer and a specific block on another layer do not cross over. Several other hatches and blocks cross over but it is always the same ones that do not.

Another thing is some dynamic blocks that do cross over are pasted in the new layout in their original form. IE i have a window dynamic block that i have resized on the layout for Level 1, when i copy and paste a room from Level 1 to Level 2 the dynamic window block crosses over in its original size and not the resized one.

Any clues as to what is causing these strange occurrences ?

UPDATE:

The blocks do actually cross over but they are just not showing in in the paper space view port for some reason on all the layouts of the sheet set. They show in Model space but not Paper space. It is just a few blocks though, ones i imported ready from online sources do not have this issue and a couple i have made from scratch also are visible in paper space.

Add on to that that i just noticed that all dimensions are also not visible from the paper space view port ! note i add my annotations in model space. I checked visibility, plotting and new VP freeze of course and they are all set to have the blocks and dimensions be visible from the view port.

Support you guys please, this is a mess you can imagine plotting sheets with no dimensions and doors and windows !

This is was a funny thread. Initiated and solved by the same person.

For anyone who faces this issue, i found that the cause of the problem was that in Paper space i had the annotation visibility in the bottom right corner turned off. When i alternated between scales say 1:4 / 1:20 etc. with the Annotation Visibility for all scaled turned off the annotations and blocks dissipated.

In paper space double click you view port to activate it, then turn on the Annotation Visibility and it should solve the invisible annotations and blocks.
