BEST FASTER RENDERING COMPUTER SYSTEM CONFIGURATION

Dear All,

It would be so kind if if anyone suggest me best PC configuration for AutoCAD / Sketchup  with Vray rendering

I want to prepare a faster Rendering PC or Apple which will help me to faster rendering. Please suggest me the configuration!

i usually do 3D modelling the rendering process of certain steal image views or animations.

- For the 2D Drafting work, i use AutoCAD 2016 (mac version)
- For 3D modelling, i use SketchUp Pro 2017 (mac version)
- For rendering images from the 3d modelling, i use V-Ray for SketchUp 3.40.b2 (mac version)

Please suggest me GPU base computer configuration which really faster that mean really faster for v-RAY Rendering. If old system any file take render 3 hr then new system take 3 min. that much faster.

Thank you so much

SHAN

Please also kindly let me know if there any Mac system solution which can give me really faster rendering.

Thanks and regards

Assuming the VRay renderer is GPU based, you'll need a compatible video card with VRAM suitable for the scene you are attempting to render.  You can improve performance almost linearly with multiple parallel cards *but* you'll never get a 3 hour => 3 minute reduction on a desktop.  Even a render farm might not get that kind of performance increase.  And, of course, hardware is only part of the equation - properly optimized scenes are also necessary for faster renders.

Anything that can handle high-end rendering will handle 2D AutoCAD, so I recommend you take this to a VRay forum for more complete answers.
