AutoDesk keeps crashing randomly on El Capitan

Hey guys,

I installed AutoCad 2015 on my MacBook Pro 2015 model with 8GB RAM, 2.7GHz Intel Core i5 and running the offical version of El Capitan (10.11). Everytime I open AutoCAD I can do some basic stuff but when I get to dimensioning it automatically crashes without any saves. This happens everytime! There are no background applications running. I have the student version. Anyone know of any fix?

Thanks,

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,

AutoCAD for Mac is not compatible with OS X 10.11 at the moment.
The solutions are:
- roll back to Yosemite. (I think the Update for AutoCAD will be released soon, but don't know exactly when.)
- another way is to try this:

Beta works on El Capitan.
