AutoCAD Mac 2018 file needs converting to AutoCad Mac 2015

I am working on Mac computer at the moment and have tried to look for several converting softwares that only appear to be available on Windows. 

Could someone help me or convert the selected file from Mac AutoCAD 2018 to Mac AutoCAD 2015?
