Autocad LT slow - Spinning wheel

Hey. Ive just recently downloaded auto cad on a macbook pro. and the drawings are really slow to work in

the spinning wheel constantly appears and slows the drawing down.

Anyone know what could resolve this?

Please specify:
- AutoCAD LT version
- macOS version installed on your Mac

Does this happen in all of your drawings. even in newly created with a few objects in the drawing area?

How complex are your drawings? What about text objects, tables, hatches?

Thanks for your posting. 

If the issue happens to only a few specific drawings, try to repair the dwg files through the AKN article below; 

• About Repairing Damaged Drawing Files. 

and if the issue happens to any files, try the solutions in the article below; 

• AutoCAD for Mac runs slow and freezes. 
• Reset to default setting.
