Autocad LT Mac command aliases

When making changes to command aliases, I've gone to Tools>Customize>Edit Command Aliases , and the acadlt.pgp TextEdit window opens, as usual. I make the changes & close TextEdit, but the changes do not work. I have gone back and opened the acadlt.pgp file, and the changes appear to still be how I changed them. I have tried reloading the command aliases as well. I even looked in the Application Preferences>Customization Files>Command Aliases, and the path to the acadlt.pgp file is correct. All seems fine in appearance, but the new command aliases do not work. Suggestions?

Hi,

Have you tried to restart AutoCAD? Quit it and then launch again.
Do you use for your aliases the same shortcuts as already are in PGP by default? If so, you need to put your custom aliases to the end of PGP file.
Could you attach your custom PGP file here?

Hi Maxim,

Yes, I did try restarting CAD. I also edited the pgp file at the bottom, so that any changes would override existing commands, to no avail. Someone also recommended changing the existing command to reflect the change I am wanting, ie. D, *DIMSTYLE  to D, *DIST. This also did not work. That is the only command I have changed currently.

Please, attach your custom PGP file with aliases you edited / added. I will look at it.

At least try this:
Put ; (semicolon) before DI *DIST string in PGP file to comment it.
