AutoCad LT for Mac won't allow me to add custom paper sizes

Hi,

I recently purchased a one year Autodesk subscription and downloaded Autocad LT for Mac. When I ask AutoCad to plot, the 'Print' window pops up. When I try to select a paper size from the drop down menu, there are no architectural page sizes available. The 'Manage Custom Sizes" option is greyed out and not available. In the "Print" window, I tried clicking instead on "Edit Page Setup" link to create a new paper size. However, when I go back to the "Print' menu this new paper size is greyed out and not available (the same as "manage custom sizes").

I have tried re-setting to default AutoCad settings, I've tried deleting and re-creating pages, I've tried uploaded a paper size from AutoCad's library and adjusting it. No matter what I try, there seems to be a disconnect between the advanced page settings and the 'print' window where I need to ultimately plot from. No matter what I add or create the Paper Size drop down menu doesn't allow me to access the new paper size. See photos for reference.

Additionally, I am unable to call or email customer support because when I sign it, my profiles indicates I am not a subscriber for some reason.

Please help.

I'm not a AutoCAD for MAC user, but if it's similar to the Windows version, then you may have to add the sizes to the Operating System print driver (such as you might do if you needed a custom size for Adobe Acrobat or any other non-CAD application).

Hi @Anonymous

I tried checking your account in our system but I'm not able to find any active subscription for your software. Could it be under another email account? In any case, you can still contact support regardless if you have subscription or not. When you submit the request please enter your serial number or order number so that we can check further.

Hi Darcy,

Are you using some Print preset in Print window? Can you attach screenshot of the Print window without Paper size drop down list opened?
