AutoCad LT For Mac - autosave feature not working

Hello guys,

I am using AutoCad LT For Mac. The autosave feature is not working (have lost a lot of work as a result recently).

I am unable to locate any temp files on my system.

The drawingrecovery feature does not display any of my autosaves (I have autosave set to every 5 minutes).

When I try to find the location of the files through finder I am unable to find the Autodesk folder within the Documents folder.

I have tried to redirect the autosaves to a new folder on my system and there are still no autosave files appearing.

I should also point out that I am using i-cloud to store files. Perhaps this is a contributing factor to the issue.

Any help would be hugely appreciated!

cheers :cara_con_una_leve_sonrisa:

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi @joshualancefieldLFR68

Autosave works on my side without problems with the default Autosave folder: ~/Documents/Autodesk/Autosave

Quite possibly.

Have you tried to redirect Autosave to the folder without iCloud sync enabled?
