I was using Autocad LT for Mac 2024 and I recently downloaded 2025 version for a try in parallel, however it crashes whenever I do batch publish.

my mac OS is Sonoma 14.6.1.

Anyone experienced the same and got a solution? Many thanks!

I changed the graphic drive to OpenGL then it can batch publish, but the graphics are far less smooth then Metal, so sad...

Hi @iamshanice ,

What Mac model do you have?

Have you installed the latest Update to AutoCAD LT for Mac?

I downloaded the update , but seems it is already installed automatically when I installed the Autocad LT for Mac 2025 today.

So you have Mac with M series chip. The native graphics engine for it is Metal.

Plus - I'm not sure if the graphics engine type can affect batch publishing.

Updates to AutoCAD for Mac are never installed automatically. You can check AutoCAD version in "About AutoCAD" window:

thank you so much, problem solved, it really is the font problem, I removed the error fonts, and removed the objects using those fonts, and it publishes fine now.

Finally resolved !! Thanks to a webpage sharing the fonts problem solved by using Typelight, simply download Typelight, use Cmd +O to open the problem font, and modify all non-English name, save as a new font in the /fonts folder. And edit the font style using the problem font in Autocad, assign the style to the new font. I can now use Metal as graphic driver and batch publish without crashing again.
