With 2017, when clicking on a command icon, 60% of the time I will have to click a 2nd or even 3rd time before the command is initiated. I do not have any other programs with this issue. I thought it may be a result of the new Drawing Tools Interface that have unmodifiable tool panels. But I created my own tool panels and collapsed the Autodesk tool panels. This did not address the problem. It did allow me to arrange my various tools the way I am accustomed to working.
Has anyone else experienced the unresponsive click issue, and if so have you found a work-around?

Thanks to both of you for your replies.
Mouse = Bluetooth Evoluent Vertical Mouse 4
OS X 10.12.2 on MacBook Pro Retina, Early 2015.
Based on Maxim's comment I will try a USB Mouse and report back. It will not be until tomorrow.
At this point, the click issue has a great effect on speed. Coupled with the inability to customize the tool panels in the Drawing Tools (except for turning things off and on), I have to say AutoDesk still has work to do on this version.
It's the same for both apple magic mouse, USB wired mouse, USB Wireless mouse.
Tried them all because i first thought the reason was a broken mouse.
Problem is software related i believe.
Glad to know it's not just me! Searching for answers, both on Autodesk and the Internet, produced nothing relevant.
I am going to bring in a USB mouse tomorrow just to see if it helps on my system.
I forgot one other bit of info Pendean requested in his response: no special mouse settings.
This is buggy as hell - more like a beta version.
Hi @hlafferty28 and @svdbelettering,
If you could apply the recent hotfix (2017.0.1) that has been released.
Click menu AutoCAD > check for Update, you will get the notification and click it to download.
Post back in this thread if you continue to run into problems.
Thanks.
After the last update - I am experiencing this issue in Autocad LT 2018 for Mac - anybody else?
