AutoCad lt 2017 for mac & design center

Anonymous
No aplicable

Hello,

I've used AutoCad lt for years on my pc and am trying the 30 day trial version. For the life of me I can't locate the Design Center. I think it was under the tools tab at the top of the screen on my pc but I don't see it anywhere. Maybe they leave out some functions on the trial? Maybe I'm blind but it's really ticking me off! I also can't move the drafting or layers toolbars. Right clicking on them does nothing, no bars to grab and move.

Please help...

There is no DesignCenter on the MAC versions. Look at using the Content Palette. Usage is explained in HELP.

BTW the MAC forum is way over there, worth searching for answers to your next set of transition questions https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-for-mac/ct-p/3011

If I'm not mistaken, AutoCAD for Mac does not include the DesignCenter (that is just one of many missing features, compared to the Windows version)

There really is no solution. AutoCAD for Mac does not include DesignCenter. Maybe @pendean 's suggestion of Content Palette is a workaround.
