Hi, I just upgraded to El Capitan and Autocad LT 2014 crashes within seconds. Will Autocad be providing an update?

I see no answers in this forum and I am still frantically waiting for the service pack for Autocad LT 2014 that will allow it to run on MAC OS X v 10.11.x ( El Capitan). When will it be ready?? It is majorly impacting my work and business and I would like to see it resolved ASAP. You buy a product for a lot of money and than within no time you cannot use it anymore.  I am baffled that a company like Autodesk with such a good name has not been better prepared for this. I think that Autodesk has to come up with a solution soon, whether it is a service pack on the LT 2014 version or whether it is a free upgrade to the 2015 or 2016 version.

I would also apreciate it when there would be an autodesk answer to this question and an easier way to get a question like this across to the company.

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,
As it is peer to peer Forum the most of the answers come from an ordinary users just like you. And they cannot answer your question, you know.
As about Autodesk staff, you can read here:

http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-for-mac-general/autocad-compatibility-with-os-x-el-capitan-10-...

"Update for 2014 is still work in progress.

Thanks,
The AutoCAD for Mac Team"

As for me - I'm still using Yosemite and have no troubles in my work and business, nobody force me to upgrade OS. Further more, I newer upgrade OS X just after it is released, waiting for bug fixes and fine tuning till XX.02 - XX.03 update.
