Autocad lt 2014 file lost

Hi,
I have autocad Architect LT 2014 in my Mac computer. After 3 days of work the drawings file I was working on closed unexpectedly, and now I can only see the changes I made during the 3 days in paper space, but NOT in model space. Is there a way to retrieve the work and can you suggest a way to clean up the file if it is corrupted to avoid this from happening again. I tried several troubleshooting suggestions found on the website, but nothing worked.

Does LT for MAC not have CHSPACE, which changes objects from Modelspace to Paperspace and vice versa

Also AutoCAD for Mac would be a better place to ask MAC related questions.

Enter your viewport in layout, start LINE command, clink in the center of drawings, and for the second line enter an astronomical number like @0,1000000000
Now go into modelspace and trace that line back to your drawing content.
OR
Post your DWG file, let's all have a look if you already tried to ZOOM and PAN around in modelspace and still found nothing.
