AutoCAD 2022 not working on Parallels VM

I recently downloaded AutoCAD 2022 for one of my college courses. All of the instruction regarding the software is using the Windows version of AutoCAD, so I decided to download it on Parallels. AutoCAD launches, but once it opens I am unable to click on anything. I am using a MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020). I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program with no success. Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @swensonia67 ,

Please specify Parallels desktop version you are using and Windows version installed in Virtual Machine.

Can you check mouse settings in Virtual Machine configuration?

They should be as follows:

I am using the Windows 11 Pro Insider Preview on Parallels 17 Desktop for Mac.

I reconfigured my mouse and keyboard settings with no change.

Hi @swensonia67 ,

I'm using AutoCAD 2022 inside Parallels desktop virtual machine on Mac mini M1 - and don't have any issues with it.

I didn't make any special settings for virtual machine.

Therefore, you can contact Parallels support for help, as suggested by @pendean
