AutoCAD 2016, Plot to PDF rotating issues

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello Community,

I have a problem, yesterday our office upgrade AutoCAD 2015 to AutoCAD 2016.

When we try to plot any Leyout to PDF the image rotates (It changes it from portrait to landscape when we are previewing the image as well when we print it) , we have tried changing the page setups,  ctb, etc.

One of the computers doesn't have the problem, the settings in all of the machines are the same.

:'(

Suggestions?!!!!!!!!!!!!

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Hi,

I think the reason of this issue can be in system printer changes. If you are using paper sizes from the standard set of the current OS X System printer, than you need to verify if you changed the default system printer on problem Macs.
If you are using custom paper sizes in page setups in the drawings, than you need to verify if something have been changed in custom paper sizes on problem Macs.

Hi @Anonymous,

Did @maxim_k's suggestion help you fix this issue on the machines where the incorrect rotation is occurring?
