This is a joke.  Sierra was launched in July for devs & been on my desktop since September.  What are Autodesk playing at, apart from taking a big wedge of cash off me each month?  I've installed update 4 & there seems to be a load of UI bugs relating to toolbar screen edge snap.

Even more annoying, the below hasn't been fixed:

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-for-mac-forum/add-a-new-layout-in-an-existing-sheet-to-a-proj...

I have a company that writes software & my issue reported above should take no more than 2-3 man hours.

Not happy.

Hello,

Just installed update 4.

Autocad crashes every time i make a change in a layout by right - clicking - > using the "edit page setup". when applying the changes, by pressing OK, the program crashes.

I am running sierra, and some of the drawings was created in acad 2015 mac.

When will this be fixed?

Welcome to Autodesk Forums!

Do you have printers / plotters installed on your system? Are they the same as you had when you was using 2015 version?
Do you have custom paper sizes in page Setups?

Hello Maxim,

The printers are the same, but I am working on a new computer, so the printers might not be named exactly the same.

I also have some custom paper sizes, but the problem occurs on printer standard paper sizes as A3 etc.

Have you tried to Reset Printing system on your Mac:

https://support.apple.com/kb/PH25565?viewlocale=en_US&locale=en_US

You can also try to delete all custom paper sizes on your Mac and than recreate them as needed.

After resetting Printing System (deleting all printers) - try to edit page setup in some of your drawings.

If AutoCAD will not crash - add printer(s) again one by one and check Page Setup editing in AutoCAD.

Hi Maxim,

I tried you suggestion, still no luck.

I removed all printers , rebooted the system, and then opened the drawing.

Opened a layout, chose edit page setup.

It showed me a dialogue saying "Printer ... cannot be found", i pressed OK.

Once into the page setup I changed the page size from A4 -> A3, pressed OK, and then acad crashes.

(The page was originally an A3)

Hi Maxim,

I created a new user, signed in, and downloaded Autcad LT 2017 to try. the problem persists there as well. Even in an entirely blank drawing.

Program crashes after editing the page setup and pressing OK.

Personally I don't have any issues with Page Setup in AutoCAD 2016 and 2017 on Sierra, at the same time there are other users who reported about the issue you have.
Sorry, but at this point I have no idea how to resolve this issue. If the problem is on the System level, than fresh installation of OS could solve the problem, but I'm not sure...
