Area calculation

Hi

I have a created drawings that have over 100 hatched polylines. For a costing excersise i need to total all polyline areas. If I use the area command best I can't tell I need to klick on each one and add to create a total area. This does not work as I would most likely miss a few as I have over 100 to click on..

Any other ways?

If all polylines were hatched, than you can easily get cumulative area of hatches in the Properties palette.
You can use Quick Select to select all hatches inside polylines (hope you can do this), than look for Cumulative area value at the bottom of multiple hatches properties in the Properties palette.
