Annotative Text Enlarging at Plot

Hi, 

I'm having a seemingly unsolvable problem while using annotative text. 

I have text size set to 1/8" in an annotative text style and Annotation Scale set to 3/16". Text appears correctly (at 8") in modelspace. 

Text also appears correctly in paperspace. Where I have an issue is when I go to plot. Text sizes up to 5/16" in both preview and finished plot. Text created in paperspace sizes correctly. 

This occurs with both native AutoCAD fonts and downloaded fonts. 

Any fix?

Can you attach your problem drawing (or a part of it with annotative text)?

PREVIEW will generally REGEN your file before displaying it: is your viewport scale actually set to what you think it is set to?

Yes, viewports are set to 3/16".

After examining the OP's drawing, the problem was solved by setting view direction perpendicular to the drawing plane inside viewport with PLANE command.
