ACLT for Mac - layer colors don't show in paper space

New job, using AutoCAD LT 2016 for Mac.

Anybody know why layer colors look normal in model space, and then layer colors diappear in paper space? My viewports show all lines and text as black, regardless of the layer color setting.

Hi,

I think monochrome plot style table assigned to this layout and "Display plot styles" option is checked in Page Setup dialog:
