Acad lt 2015 for mac Content Pallet won't store custom blocks after restart

I can create a new content pallet group c/w a drawing of blocks. All works fine and can insert the blocks stored in the drawing via content pallet.. However if I have to restart autocad all the custom blocks and categories are lost. How do I get these to save in content pallet permanently. So I can access them after restarting autocad.

Hi,

Do you Force Quit AutoCAD when you want to close it completely?

Hi Maxim. Have just found my original post on this which you answered to. Was force quit but now quit with blank drawing open and customisation saves but not tool pallet. Have also reset apace to default but no change. The custom pallet files are created and saved to disc where they should be but not available in tool pallet when cad is restarted. Does the file containing the blocks have to be in the support path?

No, it should not.

Something is wrong in your AutoCAD installation.
BTW, have you installed SP3 for AutoCAD LT 2015?
Here is the link:

Do you use some special names of DWG files where the blocks are?

have you tried to reinstall AutoCAD completely with deleting preferences?

Latest service pack trashed my installation. Due to the endless problems with the mac and lack of compatability with software / existing equipment and limitations of autocad for mac We have no choice other than to move back to windows. We have tried to use or new macs for 6 months now and not been able to operate efficiently nor get mac cad to work effectively.
