Hi, 2017 AutoCAD LT for Mac seems to have an issue when using the Page Setup Manager.  If you adjust any of the options within the Page Setup Manager, the program simply shuts down.  Is anyone else having this issue?

Thanks!

Hi @bbernsteinDG6Z2,

I am not having this issue at all. What operating system are you using?

Hi @bbernsteinDG6Z2,

Very strange - what is your default printer set to be?  Is it only one drawing? Does it happen if you import a pagesetup from another drawing?

If you have a sample file for me to look at please attach it to a post.

Hi John,

I do not have a 'default printer' largely b/c I do not have a printer.  I always write out PDF's.  I've attached both a test file and a screen shot of the Autodesk Error report.

Thanks for looking into this!!!!

Hi @bbernsteinDG6Z2,

So far, I am unable to duplicate this on my Mac with Sierra 10.12.2 and AutoCAD 2017 for Mac N.49.M.324 and also AutoCAD LT 2017 for Mac.

Can you give me the order of events that you go through when this occurs?

Are you setting up custom size sheets? I have seen issues with that before. I like to recommend installing a driver for a large format printer so you can select sheet sizes that are part of the driver. (I use HP Pagewide XL 8000 as my print driver.)

Hi John,

I did have a custom sheet size set up (Arch D), but was using a pre-defined 'tabloid' most recently.  As far as my steps go, I open Page Manager and go to edit a specific layout.  Once in there I change any settings (page size, CTB, etc...) and then click 'okay and Autodesk completely shuts down.

Hi @bbernsteinDG6Z2,

I am still unable to duplicate this. Perhaps it has something to do with your Plot style. Can you attach it for me to a post?
