Web App Integration

Hi all,

I recently became aware of the new integration tools announced by Autodesk AutoCAD for Microsoft OneDrive and SharePoint.

First, I would like to ask if anybody has gotten the opportunity to test the feature as it sounds very appealing to be able to work on CAD files without necessarily carrying a computer, or AutoCAD software.

Secondly, are the integrations solely for AutoCAD? It appears to not be available for AECAD from what I could understand but I just wanted to make sure.

Sounds like a pipe dream especially for Electrical. Most of the power in Autocad Electrical comes from automation. Automation comes form VBA, .Net, LISP, Scripts and Databases you can't even batch plot using their web based editor as far as I can tell. IMO the only way they could pull this off would be to fire up a web based virtual machine and a high speed internet connection.
