Unable to create new project using AutoCAD Electrical 2023

I am new to AutoCAD Electrical 2023. When I tried to follow the instructions to create a new project, a blank error info pops up. Please see the snapshot below for reference.

This is the first time I am asked to try AutoCAD Electrical 2023 and we don't have an old project which can be used as a template 😞 just wondering if this is related to the wdp file? Do I need an existing wdp file for creating the new project? I don't think we have an existing wdp file. Please help me out. Thanks.

Clear the "Copy settings from" textbox, and you should be good to go:

Several demo projects comes with AcadE that you can use for reference.
