Trying to install ACE 2017

Can anyone help me with this error?  Our CAD support says they have giving me all the files needed but I cannot get 2017 to install.2017-04-28_17-05-19.jpg

you need to download both files for 64 bit you only downloaded 1

You CAD support is an idiot, pure and simple.

 

They have provided you with the first file for 32 bit and the second file for 64 bit.

As has been stated, you need both of the same type to run the install.

 

If you can't download the required file yourself as has been recommended, you need to let your CAD support know that they have supplied you with files for two different versions of ACADE.
