Title block update on reference drawing

I have created my first set of drawings with a reference drawing for my drawing list page.  I want the titleblock update to work on all my drawings but it does not update the reference drawing.  All my drawings have the same titleblock on them and I verified that the titleblock has the WD_TB attribute.  Any way to fix this?

Try changing one to the working drawing to reference drawing or vice versa. Then rerun TB updates. You can also try demo drawing TB updates, by changing one of the drawings to reference only.
