Terminals not not saving attributes

I am an occasional user and I am having issues with adding terminals to my drawings.  I added a terminal and assigned a catalog number and filled out all the attributes, Installation, Location, Tag Strip, Number and then clicked OK.  When I go to component edit for that terminal none of the information is retained.  I am using AutoCAD Electrical 2020 and not sure what the issue is.

Check if you have any locked layers in the layer list.

If not, attach a drawing with a terminal in it, here?

I do not have any locked layers, today when I tried it again I created a new terminal filled out all the attributes, clicked OK.  I went to the component editor and nothing was saved, so I filled out everything again and this time it saved but it still does not show the terminal strip in the editor.  I have attached the file that I am working on.

Your file is saved as a 2018 version dwg, many of us won't be able to open it. Can you repost it, saved as a 2013 or earlier version dwg?

Your drawing behaved just fine in ACADE 2017. I opened it up, add INST and LOC values to the top terminal symbol, and those values got added to the three terminals below it. That's as it should be, since those are all four levels of the same terminal.

I drew some pointless things in the drawing, then went back to the terminals. Using Edit Component on them, I could see that the INST and LOC values I assigned were retained. So, I'm not sure what could be happening here. I did run AUDIT on the drawing, and it found and fixed (2) unspecified errors. Maybe do the same on your end to see if changes anything, but from my end I can't see that anything is wrong.

Maybe someone out there using ACADE 2020 can try this and see if the software version has anything to do with the issue.

Did the terminal strip display in the Terminal Editor because it does not for me.  I am able to get the attributes to be retained but only if I go back and add them a second time, it never saves the first time.  I just started to add the terminals not filling out anything and then just go back and add the attribute information.  But again when I go to the Terminal Strip Editor, the terminal strip is not displayed.

Just figured it out, I had the page set a "For Reference Only" in the Drawing Properties.  I unchecked it and everything works as it should, sorry for taking your time.  Thanks for help.
