Terminal blocks with wire number change

I have a project using terminal blocks with wire number changes (HT1002).  It appears that all the terminal blocks are acting appropriately except for one.  Below is a snippet.  You can see that on TS23 terminal 1, the wire number does not change when it goes through the terminal. On all other terminals the wire number changes as it should.  I have deleted this component and did a copy component from terminal 2 and the when I rewired the page the result was the same.  Any ideas?

Could it be that those wires are connected at another sheet via those signal arrows?

The top signal wire comes from the source, a 24vdc power supply.  The signal wire to the right goes to the utilization device, a transducer.  The wires terminate at each end of those signal wires and do not go to additional pages.  The other signal wires on this page do the same thing but this one wire (5129) duplicates and all the others act as expected.  I even deleted that terminal block and used the component copy command to replace it and the wire number still duplicated.  Very confusing.

I've had similar problems in the past.

The way I've fixed if is to remove both the wire and two components one either end.

Then do a complete rebuild of the project database and then running a Dwg Audit before

adding the two components in again.

I then check that the wire connections of the two components are blank before adding the wire again.

Finally, was numbering the wires as appropriate.

If the number still persisted, I would do it again but before the project rebuild, I would close

the project and delete the project database before continuing...
