I have my P&ID Instrumentation symbols set up with split tags Tag1_Part1, Tag1_Part2 & Tag1_PartX. However my electrical wiring drawing instrumentation are NOT set up with split tags. Part X on the P&ID contains '-' and I have it switched off. However '-' is visible on the Electrical wiring drawings. The client has decided that they want the '-' removed from the tags. If I remove the '-' on the P&ID tags it will update the tags on the electrical wiring drawings. However the tag no longer splits properly on the symbol. Tag example TT-09N058B. Can someone please advise a way around this? Unfortunately I can't just switch the '-' off on the electrical wiring drawings like I have done on the P&ID as the electrical drawings do not have split tags. I have done other projects where I have not used '-' in Tag1_PartX and the tag split has been fine, tag example TT0300. Can someone please advise if there is a way around this.
