Relay Contact Cross Reference Table Help

Shown in the pic, the reference table on the top is a cross reference table to a relay in my drawing. I managed to get it looking sort of how I want, which is to mimic the cross reference table underneath it.

The reference table underneath may have been created via ACADe or another program, I am trying to recreate this look, can I do this with ACADe?

No, not using standard AcadE functionality. By manually merging cheeks in the table, I guess you could make it quite similar.
