plot project

I just installed autocad 2020 electrical and now I can't plot project from the project manager window. Version 2019 was working fine before installing 2020. but now it won't work either. Help

"It doesn't work" won't make us able to help you.
- What steps are you doing? (Screenshots are gold!)
- Any error messages when it stops?

I have the same issue after updating to 2020.  The message in the command line says.

Last plot's settings retrieved from C:\Users\WLong\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\AutoCAD Electrical 2020\R23.1\enu\Support\user\lastplot.tmp
_.ACE_SCRIPT C:/Users/WLong/AppData/Roaming/Autodesk/AutoCAD Electrical 2020/R23.1/enu/Support/user/_WDPLOT.SCR

I tried deleting the lastplot.tmp file, and that didn't help.  I checked all of my settings against a co-worker's (which is working) and they are all identical.

I didn't change my windows settings though, I changed the path for WD_USER in the wd.env file located in C:\Users\UserName\Documents\Acade 2020\AeData as shown below.
