PLC DB error

When I go to PLC Database File Editor, in some modules I am getting error "Undefined terminal types"--This module contains terminal types that are not currently defined, to define this terminals.......also the information for Attribute Tag, attribute value is not there, this information came with ACAD 2007, Do any of you know how to fix it?

If I understand you correctly, you are saying that you have the stock
install of AutoCAD Electrical 2007 and you have not added any new terminal
blocks to it. If this is the case, then it is possible that you could have
changed the terminal block settings without meaning to. If you went into
PLC Database File Editor and selected the settings button and possibly
deleted one of the terminal types listed in the grid or maybe changed one of
the block file names, then you might get this error message. If you are
sure that you have not added any new terminal blocks, then you can fix this
by getting a copy of the originally installed WDMBBLKS.BSF file and copying
it into your user support folder. Before you do that you might want to
backup the file in case you have customized it. Also you should probably
exit out of Electrical before copying the file over. By default, a copy of
the originally installed WDMBBLKS.BSF file can be found in:

C:\Program Files\Autodesk\Acade 2007\UserDataCache\Electrical\UserSupport

Using the default install locations, you should find your WDMBLBKS.BSF file
here:

C:\Documents and Settings\[USER_NAME]\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD
Electrical 2007\R17.0\enu\Support

Where [USER_NAME] is your login name. You should be able to just copy over
the top of this file. Then open Electrical back up and see if this fixed
it.

Mike

No, I added some new terminal blocks, also new PLC manufacturers.

But seems like they are not deleted, because I can still create modules with PLC Parametric Selection, I can not see some of them with PLC Database File Editor.

Ok, can you send me your WDMBBLKS.BSF file from your support folder (my
email address is mike.spitzer@autodesk.com)? By default it should be found
here:

C:\Documents and Settings\[USER_NAME]\Application Data\Autodesk\AutoCAD
Electrical 2007\R17.0\enu\Support

Also, can you give me the names of the new terminal blocks that you have
added?

Thanks,
Mike
