Overlap two blocks - not to have overlapping lines

I need to overlap two blocks. But when I overlap them, the overlapping lines of both the blocks are visible. I tried the "Bring to front" and "Send to back" draw orders, yet I don't see anything happens. I have attached a snap to show you guys how it looks like when overlapped. I need it to be a clear drawing with no overlapping lines. Is it possible to do this..??

Whichever one of those two blocks is supposed to be in front, needs to have a wipeout added to it. If you're unfamiliar with wipeouts, see their entry in HELP. But essentially, you will open the dwg file for the relevant block, trace around the shape with the WIPEOUT command, and set the wipeout to be in the rear of that drawing with DRAWORDER. Then, after you've edited that block, you'll need to either PURGE it from drawing OR use the swap/update block tool before you'll see the changes come through.

Hope this helps,

Jim

PS - remember that wipeouts can't have curvature, so any curves in your blocks will have to be approximated with multiple vertices along the arc.
