Multiple BOMs In Project: Second & Third BOM Tables Not Starting at 1

Under a single project I have three separate panel drawings.  My goal is to have each panel drawing have its own BOM starting at item #1.  This works for the first panel drawing however the second panel drawing starts with item #16 and the third panel drawing starts with item #32 (see attached screenshots).

I made sure to Resequence Item Numbers and under start have "1" entered for this field for all three panel drawings.  Am I missing something?  Please let me know if this is possible to do under a single project.

The item numbers are tied to the part number, and not where they are used. So, the same part number will get the same item number no matter where it's used.

I believe you have to split your panel drawings into separate AutoCAD Electrical projects to achieve this.

Thanks for the reply.  It seems like ACADE was designed for one large BOM file rather than multiple smaller BOMs.  Splitting up into multiple project files probably won't work for us.  We have field wiring going between panels and I would prefer to have ACADE keep track of wire numbers.

We will adapt to what ACADE provides.

I have played around with this a little in the past. It can be a pain to keep track, but you can create multiple projects (one for each BOM you need) that reference the same drawings, just for BOM and item numbering purposes.
