Move Terminal Block label

Is there a way to move an existing terminal block label as indicated in Figure 1? I can move the attribute (as shown in Figure 2) but i can't figure out how to move the rectangle object. It looks like I was able to accomplish it in the past judging by the difference in location between the label above terminal '0L' and the one I am trying to move above '0U' but I seem to have forgotten how...

Select Move/Show Attribute.  Once selected you can reposition the attribute field to your desired location.

Hope this helps!

@OP21 I tried this and ended up with the situation shown in Figure 2, where the attribute (in blue) moved but the rectangle object that surrounds the attribute did not move. Thank you for the suggestion though!

My guess would be that you modified the terminal block symbol to add the rectangle around the Tagstrip attribute.

Line objects (like the rectangle here) are not movable from outside the block (as far as I know....)

To have it move (since the block already exists in the drawing) select Swap/Update block and choose "One at a time" and "Pick new block "just like"" and then select the existing block with the rectangle in the place you want it and select the symbol you want to update. This will update the symbol to match the others.

Another possible thing could be that you edited the block manually and then repositioned the block over the terminal. This would do the same thing.

I agree with Bob. That doesn't appear to be a stock terminal block symbol.  The stock symbols do not have a rectangle around the TAGSTRIP attribute.  That rectangle must have been added.  If so, it is a graphical element inside the block and it cannot be moved with the Move/Show Attribute tool.  I recommend using the stock symbols as is.  They work perfectly.

If you are required to have a rectangle around the TAGSTRIP attribute, you will need to edit the block and position the rectangle in such a way that it won't interfere with your wire routing.  I find that many times the issues people have with the software are the result of someone modifying the stock symbols.  Terminal block symbols require extra special attention.  There are specific attributes, and their placement, that are required for terminal blocks to function correctly within the software.  This applies to both the schematic terminal symbols and their associated footprints,
