INSERT COMMAND

I have created several blocks and saved them in the Jic125 folder of autocad.  I saved them there because that is where my insert command browse button points to.  I want to change the folder that is being pointed to when I click Browse in the Inseret dialog box.  Can this be done?

Are you talking about the AutoCAD standard INSERT dialog, or the Icon Menu that AutoCAD Electrical has?
If it's the icon menu, you can change it in the wd.env file:
