Icon Menu Wizard thumbnail images missing for Panel Menu

Hi, my Panel Menu looks like this

and my Schematic Icon menu looks like this

How do I get my Panel menu to get the thumbnail images back?

Should autocad be pointing to some images somewhere?

Hi there,

What you have is a sign of broken links.  Your profile on the machine may have changed, the folder your config is pointing to has changed, or the support folder itself has moved.  Start by looking at the miscreant icon folder, right click to see what the expected path is then check your project support files.

Note:  The default menu icons are in a system file, you will not find individual dwg files for them.  Custom items added after the install will be standard dwg symbols with png icons for the menu.

Most of the icons used in the schematic/panel icon menus are stored in a dll-file called s2.dll, located in the same folder as the dat-for the icon menu.
If you have moved the icon menus to a server you might have forgot to copy this file as well.

I had a similar issue and copied that file.

The Panel icons are now back but the schematic icons are still missing?

Hi,

I also have also my files in the Vault.

Think I got it, added the IEC61082.dll files and the schematic symbols are now back. 

Still missing the nameplate under panel, but I am assuming I need another dll for that too.
