How to get dimension style to show feet and inches?

Greetings. I'm using AutoCAD 2024 for Windows.

My problem is
I want to create a dimension style with feet and inches, such as 4'-6". But my AutoCAD 2024 shows 4.6".

By the way, I already set up the Unit as Engineering command with Inches and Modified the Primary Unit in Engineering.

So, how can it show 4'-6" instead of 4.6" ?

1. This is the AutoCAD Electrical forums, not standard AutoCAD.

2. You cannot make the dimension show 6 feet when what you've drawn isn't 6 feet long. Draw something larger.

I thought it wasn't clear in the first answer, but if you draw a line 162.56mm long

this should dimension at 6.4"

have you tried making the line 1930.4mm long?
