Hide lines from plot

Hello,

I have so many reference lines in my drawing which I dont need to show when i am plotting. is there any way that i can create line as hidden so it will be hidden when i plot?

Just put your reference lines on a layer that does not plot.

You can create a specific layer to put these reference lines on and in the layer manager set it to "not" plot....Capture.PNG

I do this exact thing...for me the layer is called '@NoPlot' so that it is at the top of the list in the Layer Properties. I assign it an odd color that doesn't jive with anything else I'm doing, and in all my templates, it's the active layer for new drawings.

We also use this layer to place notes in the drawings for other users - might be notes on an upcoming change or a reminder to add something. Sometimes I throw in a joke just to see if anyone notices it.
