Grid k1 and heidi driver

Good day. we have server with grid k1, os - windows server 2012 r2 data center with hyper-v role. we create 10 virtual mashines with 3d-videoadapter? and for that use grid k1. os of vms - windows 8.1 pro. installed on vms autocad 2015 and we get problem: The configured Heidi driver cannot be loaded. Switching to default hardware driver.

can you help me with it?

Try turning off hardware acceleration. Heidi driver errors are usually related to graphics driver issues.
